This holiday season take a beautiful culinary journey to the South of France and celebrate a romantic and luxurious New Year’s Eve at Francine Restaurant.

Located in the Luxury Wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square, Francine’s delightfully paired 5-course menu with offer guests the finest French inspired dishes with a Mediterranean twist.

“We have prepared an extraordinary menu for our guests on New Year’s Eve and we are excited to take our guests palates on a culinary journey through the South of France with this wonderfully paired menu,” said Owner and Founder Laurent Halasz. “We invite you to join us and ring in the New Year with an evening that is inspired by the French Riviera.”

Showcasing the flavors of the season, Francine’s guests will enjoy a selection of amuses including Hay Smoked Trout with a red pepper condiment and olive and bay leaves salt or the Croustade with King Crab, Stracciatella, grapefruit and verjus and the Black Truffle and Emmental Waffle.

Following the first course, are several dishes that have made the South of France a destination of a lifetime. Those options for the second course include langoustines, bisque, basil oil, pinenut, yuzu and sea urchin, and chickpea tile and aioli or a Foie gras ravioli with Sunchoke and truffle tartelette and consomé.

The third course selection continues the Mediterranean inspiration with a Porcini Spaghettini, Salmon and Trout roe with cacio e pepe, or Seared Diver Scallop, sake and mandarin butter with a pistachio and olives steam brioche.

For the fourth and main course enjoy a savory and refined selection of either Seabass, Albufera sauce, winter vegetables and clams in a coriander mint broth, or Filet Mignon, truffle jus, beetroot, or a Roasted Organic Guinea Hen, with spinach provençal, and a mustard emulsion.

Finally for the dessert and champagne toast, choose between a perfectly paired Crème brûlée, with calisson ice cream and lemon syrup or Valrhona Cacao Pod pear hazelnut financier.

Guests will also enjoy an assortment of Petit Fours including Madelaine, Pâte de fruit Pineapple Anise, Chocolate truffle and confit orange. 

Francine’s Gold and White New Year’s Eve Celebration will offer seatings between 7pm and 9pm. The evening also includes a DJ and complimentary Champagne Toast at midnight.  The Pre-Fixe menu is $225 per person.
