Dog Haus, the craft-casual concept known for its gourmet hot dogs, sausages, burgers and one-of-a-kind creations, recently began construction on its first Scottsdale store, with a planned grand opening set for late February. 

Located at 15257 N. Scottsdale Road on the east side of Scottsdale Quarter, the restaurant will be franchisee Mondo Mahmoud’s first location with the rapidly expanding craft-casual brand.

The craft-casual concept, designed to elevate the hot dog and burger-eating experience, will serve up its quality meals within the contemporary aesthetic of a modern industrial space. After ordering at the counter, diners will be able to grab a seat at a communal table or take a bench seat at one of the restaurant’s wood and steel tables. 

Dog Haus’ full menu includes gourmet dogs, sausages, burgers, a one of a kind fried chicken sandwich, plant-based proteins, sides, premium shakes as well as beer and wine. Haus Dog creations feature signature all beef dogs served up on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls. Fan favorite Haus Dogs include Sooo Cali, with wild arugula, avocado, tomato, crispy onions and spicy basil aioli, and Cowboy, that tops a smoked bacon wrapped dog with cheddar cheese sauce, BBQ sauce and crispy onions. Haus Sausages include Reservoir Hog, featuring a Polish kielbasa, haus chili, haus slaw and yellow mustard, and Huli-Huli, with a chicken and pork sausage, bouillonnaise, sweet ginger glaze, pineapple, scallions, pickled jalapeños, crispy onions. Haus Burgers run the gamut featuring 100% genetically tested, humanely raised Black Angus beef using no hormones and no antibiotics – never ever in one-of-a-kind creations like The Freiburger®, with white American cheese, fries, haus slaw, fried egg, and mayo and Little Mule, with white American cheese, avocado, pickled jalapeños, cotija cheese, fried egg and chipotle aioli.
