It’s not a golden ticket, but a Golden Pancake that will reward guests at breakfast and lunch eatery Eggstasy with free pancakes for life.
The grand opening of the newest Eggstasy location will take place on Sat., Aug. 24, in Chandler. In celebration of opening, two guests at each of the four Eggstasy locations will win a lifetime supply of the popular breakfast staple.
Winners will be randomly selected from the first 100 guests at each location beginning at 6:30 a.m.
The newest Eggstasy is located in Chandler on the west side of Gilbert Road about half a mile south of Germann Road, at 2430 S. Gilbert Rd. This is the eatery’s first location outside of Scottsdale.
Guests can also win Golden Pancakes at the three Scottsdale Eggstasy restaurants located at:
• 6990 E. Shea Blvd.
• 10155 E. Via Linda at The Mercado at Scottsdale Ranch
• 20775 N. Pima Rd. at Market Street at DC Ranch
Eggstasy features made to order dishes with fresh, seasonal, fair trade ingredients.
The restaurant prides itself on its from-scratch recipes that keep guests returning to Eggstasy regularly. All pancake, waffle and crepe batters are made from scratch daily. French toast breads are baked fresh every morning. And all soups are made from scratch in the Eggstasy kitchen.
“We refuse to take shortcuts in preparing fresh, quality meals for our guests,” says Peter Verros, Eggstasy founder. “Expect outstanding service, delicious food and great value every time you visit.”
The extensive Eggstasy menu ranges from lemon ricotta pancakes, stuffed brioche French toast or bacon banana chili pepper crepes to an arugula, bleu cheese and wild mushroom omelet, pork belly benedict, or chicken chilaquiles. The eatery provides a wide assortment of gluten-free, heart-healthy and vegetarian options.
Eggstasy is owned and operated by local restaurateur Peter Verros.
