Commercial Investment Real Estate (CIRE) Equity announced the opening of Fusion Tea Lounge at its Valley Plaza Shopping Center in Tempe. This will be the first Fusion Tea Lounge, delivering both unique drinks that capture the authentic Taiwanese experience and a wide variety of Asian fusion tapas to complement each beverage.

Fusion Tea Lounge aims to provide an authentic Taiwanese beverage experience by partnering with Lattea, Taiwan’s No. 1 tea distributor and creator of the foam top teas, along with the Lemon Infused Teas. Fusion Tea Lounge’s carefully curated menu will captivate guests with the distinctive spices and exotic flavors.

“We are so happy to bring this fresh and innovative idea to our center,” said Jill Kobe, director of property management at CIRE Equity. “Fusion Tea Lounge will be a gathering spot for people to experience drinks and dishes from across the world and a destination for the Valley to visit.”

The menu ranges from classics, such as Iced Green Tea and Oolong, to lemon infused, cream and milk teas, which include Lychee Boba, Taro Almond, Strawberry Honeydew and Red Milk Tea. Small and large tapas add even more flavor with items such as a Scallion Pancake, Shao Kao Fries, Spring Rolls, Crab Flatbread, Chicken Avo Salad and Spicy Honey DQ Wings.

“Bringing a piece of Taiwan to Arizona is very exciting,” said Yao Huang, general manager of Fusion Tea Lounge. “Through fresh food and drinks, a great atmosphere and exceptional customer service, we hope that guests feel our passion and creativity, becoming a local favorite for many.”

Fusion Tea Lounge is located at 1806 E. Southern Ave. in Tempe. To learn more about the concept, visit fusiontealounge.com, like it on Facebook at @FusionTeaLounge and follow it on Instagram at @ftl_tempe.
