Square One Concepts, Inc. & Blue Print Hospitality Group announced their first collaboration, High Dive, coming Aug. 23, offering classic drinks and food, delivering Central Phoenix and Arcadia’s first “high-class dive bar.”

Located in the vibrant Arcadia neighborhood, 4231 E Indian School Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85018, President & CEO S. Barrett Rinzler, Square One Concepts describes the spot as the area’s new go-to standard:  “High Dive is not your typical dive bar; we’ve combined a light and airy atmosphere with the comforts of a dive bar, great food, cozy seating and a staff that knows your name, all right here in Central Phoenix.  This is the place to unwind with friends or simply relax at the bar and enjoy a drink after work.”

High Dive is the friendly neighborhood spot where familiar faces regularly greet guests. The menu is prepared with highest quality ingredients, reflecting the Square One brand. A menu of burgers, a taco pizza and sliders, gives way to a new twist on the giant pretzel matched with a charcuterie plate, plus a quinoa superfood bowl and shared plates with a contemporary twist.  And while the new establishment touts a tongue-in-cheek name, its Arcadia location suggests a demand for creative cocktails, craft beers and quality wines. Still Natural Light (“Natty”) is here on draught and Dom Perignon also awaits the discerning. An attentive staff managed by Blue Print Hospitality creates a neighborly environment.

Meanwhile, the “Dive” portion of this concept is in full view with “99 bottles of beer on the wall,” various items and décor on the walls and shelves, and a jaw-dropping Jaws graphic on the ceiling upon entry.  Album covers of yesteryear and, yes, 1950s wall imagery of girls “diving into the deep end” surrounds a playful throwback interior that moves to the “High” part of the dive.  Quality furnishings like upholstered horseshoe booths and banquettes, wood high-tops with tufted honey leather bar stools for maximum comfort, a full-service bar with a beautiful walnut top and windows that open seamlessly to million-dollar views of Camelback Mountain finishes the look.

Guests can enjoy a variety of board games, as well as darts, arcade bowling and others.

High Dive is the eclectic spot that seamlessly welcomes all – the younger types escaping the campus scene to professionals stopping off for an engaging happy hour.

Dinner and late night will be served seven days a week with Happy Hour Monday-Friday, 3-8pm.  High Dive Bar & Grill hours of operation are Sunday-Thursday 3pm-midnight and Friday-Saturday 3pm-2am.
