The owner of Taco Guild, Michael Stone, announces expanding into mobile hospitality with the formation of SVC Mobile Hospitality and acquisition of popular Phoenix food truck, Rockabelly. Known for its beautiful historic church building, its innovative internationally-inspired taco offerings and list of more than 200 tequilas, Taco Guild has many synergies with Rockabelly, which also is known for its food quality, wide range of local and global flavors and pushing tacos to their limits.

“It was immediately obvious to me that Jordan Murray is an incredible culinary talent and has built something phenomenal with Rockabelly,” said Stone. “I admire his commitment to quality and consistently exceeding customers’ expectations. Our acquisition of Rockabelly will enable an already thriving brand to expand and allow Jordan to focus on the portion of the business he loves – culinary creativity.”

Murray, who started the food truck seven years ago, will now be the creative food genius for SVC Mobile Hospitality and Stone’s other restaurant concepts. The truck will continue to serve up its award-winning tacos that loyal customers have come to know and love. However, its operations and footprint will be expanded to be able to accommodate more corporate, private and wedding catering opportunities across the Valley.

“I’m ecstatic about the opportunity to partner with Michael. His business expertise and his vision for Rockabelly and future mobile concepts is inspiring,” said Murray. “I look forward to taking things to the next level and to the future of the brand, which now has so many more possibilities.”
