Local restaurant group Riot Hospitality Group will officially open Farm & Craft in Phoenix later this month after its original success in Old Town Scottsdale. The new location is set to open on Friday, April 27, 2018 at The Colony located at 7th Street and Missouri Avenue: 5538 North 7th Street in Phoenix.
“We are very excited to open another Farm & Craft in the Valley,” says Ryan Hibbert, CEO of Riot Hospitality Group. “We saw an opportunity to bring this unique concept to The Colony and we plan to continue to grow the brand.”
Farm & Craft is focused on healthy and sustainable food in a community-style atmosphere. Think modern farm with a contemporary twist. The new restaurant will be similar to the Scottsdale location in that it will be a full-service restaurant at night and a fast-casual environment during the day. It will have a different design specific for Phoenix as Farm & Craft is a brand that is built on the neighborhood it’s in. The menu will be similar, focusing on the signature “Wellness Menu,” but this location will also feature one-of-a-kind items designed for the area and driven by local suppliers.
Farm & Craft’s “Wellness Menu” features four paths to optimal health, including an ‘anti-inflammatory diet,’ ‘increasing probiotic levels,’ ‘maintaining high levels of anti-oxidants,’ and ‘reducing overall stress.’ This is accomplished by providing local, sustainable, gluten-free, organic and hormone-free ingredients.
In addition, Farm & Craft features an indoor and outdoor bar with organic spirits, led by their signature “Cold Pressed Cocktails”, local beers and eclectic wines on tap. The restaurant’s juice program includes cold pressed juices and nourishing “Kombucha Cocktails.”
Riot Hospitality Group opened the first Farm & Craft in Scottsdale in Summer 2016. The local hospitality group plans for strategic local and nationwide restaurant expansion over the next few years.
