Thai Chili 2 Go, the authentic Thai restaurant with 10 locations around the Valley, announced the opening of its 11th quick-casual, pick-up and delivery driven restaurant concept. Set to open Wednesday, December 30, the restaurant resides at 1495 North Higley Road at Gilbert City Gate in the original Thai Chili, which was formerly a full-service sit-down concept.

In celebration of the opening, the first 100 customers to the new Thai Chili 2 Go location on Wednesday, December 30 will receive a free entrée.

“We’re excited to adapt to meet the evolving changes, to rise above the challenges of dining out amid COVID-19, and to see that our concept is still in such high demand,” says Owner Akshat Sethi. “Our quick casual model is ideal for today’s dining needs and we are thrilled that so many new customers have discovered us and come to love our concept during this time. We will continue to adapt and grow while always providing our customers with high-quality, scratch-made authentic Thai cuisine in the safest manner possible.”

Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. marks the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, during which Gilbert Mayor Jenn Daniels and members of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce will be in attendance.

From Monday, January 4 through Sunday, January 31, 2021 all Thai Chili 2 Go locations around the valley are participating in a food drive for United Food Bank. Guests that bring in non-perishable food items to any location during that time will receive 10 percent off their order (in-person orders only).

Whether ordering online or via the Thai Chili 2 Go App or through a third party service such as DoorDash, diners can select their location and delivery or pick-up time and submit their order at the touch of their screen. Thai Chili 2 Go offers diners quality and convenience from start to finish. Thai Chili 2 Go features starters such as Dumplings and two varieties of Thai Hot and Sour Soup, as well as a selection of familiar and traditional main entrée dishes including Pad Prig Pao, Pad Thai, Red Curry, Panang Curry, Drunken Noodles, Thai Chowmein and more. Guests can customize their orders with vegan options and select their level of heat, making their dish as mild or spicy as they wish. For more, visit: www.tc2go.com.
