“Our Sanctuary Spa experience is designed to empower guests with physical and spiritual renewal, and we are honored to be recognized for excellence as a spa resort,” said Mike Surguine, vice president and managing director of Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain.
Sanctuary Spa blends the best practices of the ancient and modern worlds into one unforgettable experience. Its menu of services includes Asian-inspired spa treatments and an exotic collection of facials, massages, body treatments and aquatic experiences. Architectural design trademarks include the Zen Meditation Garden with reflecting pond, around which the indoor/outdoor treatment rooms are centered, Sanctum, a private stone-walled outdoor treatment space for two, and a cocoon-like Women’s Quiet Room. Sanctuary is known for its Satori Wellness offering, which was the Phoenix area’s first destination spa program, and access to Sensei Therapists, who take a holistic approach to spa therapy, addressing the mind and spirit in addition to the body.
