Each four-bedroom, four-bath ensuite suite will be approximately 1,615 square feet, while the two-bedroom, two-bath ensuite units will be approximately 700 square feet. All Scottsdale Golf Retreat suites will feature luxurious bedding, spa-inspired bathrooms with multi-head massaging showerheads, a wet bar area with coffee station and beverage center, and fully furnished private patios and balconies to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather and stunning Sonoran sunsets. Resort amenities will include a centralized guest lounge with media center, meeting/dining space, a 650 sq. ft. pool, a large inground spa, an outdoor kitchen for grilling and two fire features.

Set on a 2.7-acre parcel just west of the Troon North clubhouse, Scottsdale Golf Retreat features eight one and two-story buildings with sleek and modern architecture, each nestled into the existing topography among site harvested boulders and a lush desert environment filled with native low-water-use plants. Guests will enjoy the convenience and ease of navigating the boutique property with short walks to and from the Troon North clubhouse and the centralized pool/recreational area. 

The property will be staffed with a service forward team of associates that will help guests with everything from restaurant recommendations and dinner reservations to tee times and unique Sonoran Desert experiences. The resort will offer customized stay and play packages featuring Troon North’s iconic courses as well as other Scottsdale area Troon favorites such as Eagle Mountain, the Boulders, and more. Troon North’s Dynamite Grille will serve as the “onsite” restaurant for the resort. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Dynamite Grille offers a wide variety of fresh and contemporary cuisine in a relaxed, comfortable setting.
