The eatery — located at 25700 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, Peoria — is part of an Arizona-bred restaurant brand founded by Mary and George Vasquez family. They share their made-to-order, signature Sonoran-style Mexican food, warm hospitality and family recipes.

“For 40 years, our family has been passionate about creating a place where guests can enjoy fresh, authentic food and be a part of our community,” said Tim Vasquez, the couple’s son, and owner and president of Someburros.

“We’re excited to continue growing in the West Valley and bring Someburros to an active and growing part of Arizona.”

The menu includes:

Signature burros: Someburros’ burritos are hand-rolled with fresh tortillas and fillings, including carne asada, machaca beef, green chile beef, pollo asado and bean and cheese.

House specialties: Pollo fundido, among other specialties, features marinated chicken breast wrapped in a flour tortilla, lightly fried, and topped with jalapeño cream cheese, cheddar cheese and green onions.

Breakfast: The all-day breakfast features breakfast burros, tacos and breakfast plates. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. for drive-thru only and the dining room opens at 9 a.m.

Tacos, enchiladas and combo plates: A variety of combos served with rice and refried beans.

New mini burros: Snack-size burros perfect for pregame or poolside, available in five varieties: bean and cheese, green chili beef, shredded chicken, rice and cheese, ground beef, beans and sour cream, and egg, cheese and potato.
