The NOW Massage, a growing franchise disrupting the wellness space with high quality, affordable massage services in an inspired setting, will open its first Arizona location in Scottsdale on Saturday, Jan. 2. The boutique, located within The Shops at Zocallo at 15435 North Scottsdale Road, will be owned and operated by husband and wife team Nick and Tricia Karabas.

“The NOW Scottsdale is a welcoming self-care sanctuary for our local community, as well as a relaxing destination for visitors seeking to recharge in the desert,” said Tricia Karabas, who spent several years in the pharmaceutical industry before embarking on her entrepreneurial franchise journey with The NOW.

For the boutique’s grand opening week from Saturday, January 2 to Friday, January 8, all massage bookings will receive a complimentary enhancement. Guests can choose from two of The NOW’s best-selling signature add-on treatments to amplify their therapeutic massage. This includes; Calm Balm, a cooling peppermint salve with healing ashwagandha to target sore muscles, or Fresh Eyes, a soothing, hydrating eye mask with vitamins and antioxidants

The NOW’s Ritual Membership offers guests an opportunity to make massage a part of their monthly or bi-monthly self-care routine with packages that include VIP benefits, exclusive perks, gifts and more. The first 50 guests to join as a Ritual Member will receive a complimentary curated gift bag filled with a selection of best-selling products from the Nourish, Scent and Room by The NOW collection. Guests who join as a member during the grand opening week, and for the month following, will also receive a complimentary 50-minute massage.

In addition to The NOW Scottsdale, the Karabas’ have plans to open more locations in the Phoenix metropolitan area in 2021 and beyond. “The active lifestyle of our local community and the focus on health and wellness in the Valley continues to grow,” said Nick Karabas. “We look forward to providing more opportunities for residents to experience the healing benefits of massage therapy with The NOW.”
