Under the leadership of Dealer Principal Whitney Yates-Woods, the new dealership will create more than 75 jobs upon opening and aims to serve as a cornerstone for automotive service and customer care in the region. With departments for sales, service, and parts all under one roof, Yates Mitsubishi is designed to deliver an elevated and convenient customer experience while continuing the Yates tradition of integrity, value, and personalized service.
“Our investment in Goodyear is more than just an expansion—it’s a commitment to the community,” said Yates-Woods. “This dealership will reflect the same values our family business was built on: integrity, service, and delivering unmatched value to our customers.”
The dealership will also bring several of Mitsubishi’s most anticipated 2025/2026 models to the local market, offering affordable alternatives to today’s rising vehicle prices. Featured models will include:
- 2025 Outlander PHEV: A versatile SUV that blends electric and gas power to maximize fuel efficiency.
- 2025 Outlander: A compact SUV with 7 seats and 3 rows
- 2025 Eclipse Cross: A bold crossover that combines modern design with advanced safety and performance features.
- 2025 Outlander Sport: Subcompact crossover SUV with a fresh look and solid value
“These vehicles align with what our customers are looking for—quality, efficiency, and affordability,” Yates-Woods added. “We’re proud to offer options that fit today’s lifestyle and budget.”
The dealership is scheduled to be fully operational by January 2026. The launch of Yates Mitsubishi marks a significant milestone in the Yates family’s evolution into a multi-point operation while staying rooted in the core values established by founder Mike Yates in 1984.
