Hays has more than 28 years of commercial real estate experience. He provides full-service tenant and landlord representation which includes leasing, sales and build-to-suit development. He also works closely with lending institutions in the disposition of distressed assets. Hays is a member of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) and a director with Southwestern Business Finance Corp, a non-profit CDC, which provides businesses with real estate loans.
Team’s biggest accomplishment to date:
Hays’ major accomplishment is having successfully navigated diverse real estate markets while mentoring young agents, all while maintaining a genuine passion for his work. His enduring passion for the field has not only allowed him to thrive personally but has also inspired and guided the next generation of real estate professionals.
