The property is located on the southwest corner of McQueen & Pecos Rd.  It is only one mile east of the 87 freeway and just one mile north of the 202, Santan freeway. The Chandler airport center is less than two miles away as well. The seller, Brent Hickey with Copperstate West Inc. has owned the parcels for many years and just felt it was time to sell. The seller has no other plans with the profits from the $1,950,000 sale.
