In a pair of big-dollar land transactions, 351 lots at the northeast corner of 75th Avenue and Dobbins Road in Southwest Phoenix near Laveen were sold for $10,570,902, but then 179 of those lots were re-sold, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda.

Ben Heglie, Ryan Semro, and Bret Rinehart of Land Advisors Organization served as the brokers for both deals.

• In the first deal, Pulte Homes acquired 351 lots from Metropolitan Land Company for $10,570,902 — or $29,282 per lot. The lots are part of McClellan Ranch Phase II. McClellan Ranch totals 158.6 acres and is proposed for 611 total lots.

• In the second deal, Pulte Homes sold 179 lots to Meritage Homes for $5,128,187 — or $28,649 per lot.
