NAI Horizon facilitated the sale of 4.72 acres of retail land in Goodyear, Arizona. This prime pad site, which will be home to a new Rio Mirage Café, is located at the southeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Elliot Road, the main entry intersection of the master-planned community of Estrella.  

NAI Horizon Executive Vice President Lane Neville and Associate Cole Neville represented the seller, Kitchell Development (Marketplace Square at Estrella, LLC) in the $2.3 million land sale. 

The buyer was Rachel and Alex Gomez (Estrella Mountain Lago, LLC), the owners of Rio Mirage Café. This will be the third restaurant location in the Valley for Rio Mirage Café. The other two locations are Surprise and El Mirage. Rio Mirage Café has been in business since 1999, specializing in Sonoran-style recipes handed down for generations.

Home to 8,000 households, Estrella is a 20,000-acre mixed-use master-planned community located in the City of Goodyear, approximately 17 miles west of Phoenix. Estrella features more than 500 acres of parks and open space including more than 50 miles of paths and trails; 72 acres of lakes for kayaking, sailing, and catch-and-release fishing; and the Starpointe and Presidio Residents Clubs.
