Cushman & Wakefield has announced that Ace Vending has purchased an industrial building at 335 S. Hamilton Court in Gilbert, AZ, for $3.6 million.
Andy Markham, SIOR, Mike Haenel, Will Strong and Phil Haenel of Cushman & Wakefield represented Ace Vending in the acquisition. Steve Larsen of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, Arizona-based Bell Holdings BB, LLC.
Ace Vending is an Arizona-based, full-line vending service operator. The company provides full-service coffee, fresh food, snacks and beverage vending throughout the United States.
“Ace Vending required a building that would accommodate its expansion and growing lines of business,” Mr. Markham said. “This particular facility provided modern distribution features and room for future expansion, as well as desirable outside storage capacity.”
The 41,490 square foot building will be fully occupied by Ace Vending. The company will take occupancy of the property in stages during the fourth quarter of 2015. The successful merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ closed September 1, 2015. The firm now operates under the iconic Cushman & Wakefield brand and has a new visual identity and logo that position the firm for the future and reflect its trusted global legacy and wider history. The new Cushman & Wakefield is led by Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Brett White and Global President Tod Lickerman. The company is majority owned by an investor group led by TPG, PAG, and OTPP.
