Eric Bell and Mike Ciosek of Voit Real Estate Services’ Phoenix office successfully directed the $2.3 million ($115 per square foot) sale of a 20,040 square-foot freestanding industrial building in Phoenix, to Air Services International, Inc. (ASI) on behalf of the seller, Turner Real Estate Investments.
“Turner Spectrum Ridge was the first new development in Deer Valley in eight years,” says Michael Ciosek of Voit Real Estate Services. “It’s great to see new, A-1 zoned buildings with yards available for sale again. We know ASI will be the first of many successful businesses to operate within our new park.”
The building address is 1025 E. Salter Drive. Turner Spectrum Ridge is located at 7th Street and Deer Valley Road in Phoenix. The free-standing building with private yard was the largest of the new eight-building project that is available for sale.
