DTZ, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced that Tempe Auto Drive LLP, a subsidiary of automätik, has purchased a 38,766 square foot garden office/flex building at 3419 E. University Drive for $3.3 million. The seller was ICIC Commercial Investments 2, LLC.

Founded in 1990 by CEO Kathy Sweet and President Dave Sweet, automätik is a full-service, “tier one” event design and training provider for the OEM automotive industry. They have helped design and produce over 150 unique product launches as well as press, consumer marketing, and sales training initiatives. automätik is relocating its corporate headquarters to the building and has plans to create multiple event spaces for private, public, and corporate use. In addition to Phoenix, the company has branch offices in the Los Angeles and New York/New Jersey areas.
