Brian Greathouse
Brian Greathouse is a Land Use, Zoning, and Real Estate Attorney. Since 2002, Brian has entitled, designed and developed a variety of different types of real estate assets, including master-planned communities, infill single family, multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, municipal, and golf course developments. Brian seeks out what his Clients want most and what he does best, and focuses on where those two meet. He solves problems for his Clients by understanding their needs and utilizes his relationships with neighboring land owners, City Staff Members, and Elected Officials to get results.
Madison Leake
Madison is a graduate of Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law who focuses her practice on land use/zoning and real estate. She received her J.D. from ASU Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law in 2022, where she graduated first in her class receiving the Armstrong Award. Madison has assisted developers and landowners in obtaining entitlements necessary for a variety of developments including single-family, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial development. Madison enjoys working with municipalities, landowners, and other stakeholders to reach resolutions acceptable to all parties. Prior to joining Burch & Cracchiolo, Madison served as a law clerk at Burch & Cracchiolo in the land use and zoning department.
