
2.94 acres of Scottsdale land sells for $2.65M
A Delaware entity identified as 26 Oaks LLC bought 2.94 acres of residential zoned land in Scottsdale for $2,650,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The seller was First Church of the Nazarene.
The seller broker was Tracy Glass of Insight Land & Investments.

The Scottsdale land that was sold is located at 2340 N. Hayden Rd. at the southwest corner of Hayden and Thomas roads in Scottsdale.
