Cassidy Turley sold a ±8,000-square-foot Class-B industrial property on 3.55 acres located at 4502 E. Virginia St. in Mesa, Ariz. RBS Investments, LLC purchased the property for $1.07M ($134.37/psf) as an investment from The Richard R. Schmid Charitable Remainder Trust. Vice President Kent Hanson with Cassidy Turley’s Industrial Group represented the buyer in the transaction while Dave Johnson and Jerry Marrell of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
Built in 2002, the home of Arizona Stone is a two-story industrial showroom building off the North Loop 202 and Greenfield Road. The project remains 100 percent occupied.
