Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, announced the sale of Chipotle Ground Lease, a 2,266-square foot net-leased property located in Tucson, according to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office. The asset sold for $2,700,000.
Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by J.J. Taughinbaugh and Yuri Sergunin, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto, Calif. office.
Chipotle Ground Lease is located at 1202 W Irvington Rd in Tucson.
