Custom jewelry firm Origami Owl has leased 147,486 SF of space at 10 Chandler Business Park, located along the east side of Interstate 10 between Chandler Boulevard and Ray Road.

Origami Owl leased all of Building 9 this past summer, totaling 81,238 SF of distribution/warehouse and office space at 500 N. 54th St. This past week the company executed another lease for all of Building 7 at 450 N. 54th St. totaling 66,248 square feet of flex/office space, which will be used as the corporate headquarters. 10 Chandler consists of nine industrial/flex buildings totaling approximately 553,000 square feet. These leases brought the park to 62 percent occupancy.

“10 Chandler offered the ideal location for this tenant, providing multi-purpose space in a prestigious corporate environment,” says Jackie Orcutt, director with Cushman & Wakefield. “While these landlords are best known for their relationships with national and international corporations, this property is now home to multiple dynamically growing local corporations that operate throughout Arizona and beyond.” 10 Chandler also houses such corporations as Paradise Bakery, Toshiba, Eaton Corporation and CloudBlue Technology.

10 Chandler Business Park is owned by a partnership between Alliance Commercial Partners and American Realty Advisors on behalf of their clients. Alliance Commercial Partners is a privately held real estate operating and investment company that was founded in 1997. The company has more than $2B invested and more than 21.7MSF of space. Alliance has offices in Denver, Phoenix, Chicago and Irvine, CA. American Realty Advisors is an investment advisor and a leading provider of real estate investment management services to institutional investors. American has been operating for more than 25 years and has more than $5.7B in assets under management.
