Creation, a fast-growing real estate development and alternative investment firm headquartered in Phoenix, announced today the sale of The Collab, a four-story, mixed-use building located in the Heritage District of downtown Gilbert for $20.2 million.

Designed and built by LGE Design Build, The Collab is a 40,000-square-foot dynamic facility that features retail options and much-needed office space for Gilbert’s vibrant and growing entertainment district. The building recently reached 100% occupancy.
Eric Wichterman, Mike Cover, Steve Lindley and Alexandra Loye of Cushman and Wakefield brokered the deal.
