Legacy Golf Course has been sold for $16,000,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda.

Legacy Golf Course is an 18-hole championship golf course built on 172.55 acres, zoned R1-8. Is is a par-71, 6,908-yard course designed by Gary Panks. The property features a state-of-the-art clubhouse and restaurant with a pool and pool bar), two spas and two tennis courts, a pro shop with performance center, and a service/repair garage. The buildings were built between 2003 and 2012.

The seller was Concert Golf Partners. The buyer was Molson Properties.

The Legacy Golf Course sits on the ranch of the famous early-20th-century land developer Dwight B. Heard.
