Mattamy Homes bought 85.36 acres of land in San Tan Valley for $20,312,797, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda.

The land is located at southeast corner of Thompson Road and Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley.

The sale price breaks down to $237,966.23 per acre.

The seller was the McRae Group of Companies.

The title agent was Dustin Gaskey of Thomas Title & Escrow. The brokers were Ryan Duncan and Dan Baldwin of Nathan & Associates.
