Velocity Retail Group’s Dave Cheatham, Darren Pitts and Morgan Danhoff represented California Fish Grill in a 3,183-square-foot location at Mesa Grand, located at the southeast corner of the U.S. 60 Freeway and Stapley Drive in Mesa.  The Landlord is Mesa Grand/Spectrum, LLC, an entity controlled by DSW Commercial Real Estate of Tucson, AZ, and was represented by Bryan Ledbetter & Bryan Babits of Western Retail Advisors.

California Fish Grill currently has 26 locations throughout Southern California; this is the company’s first location for Arizona.    “California Fish Grill is an exceptional concept and restaurant operator that is in a category currently underserved in the state.  We are excited to bring this distinctive brand to the Valley and have several more locations in process,” said Dave Cheatham, President of Velocity Retail Group.
