The Landlord is Mesa Grand/Spectrum, LLC, an entity controlled by DSW Commercial Real Estate of Tucson, AZ, and was represented by Bryan Ledbetter & Bryan Babits of Western Retail Advisors.
California Fish Grill currently has 26 locations throughout Southern California; this is the company’s first location for Arizona. “California Fish Grill is an exceptional concept and restaurant operator that is in a category currently underserved in the state. The new location is expected to open in the first quarter of 2020 and will be located in the redeveloped Old Country Buffet building fronting Stapley Drive.
