On behalf of Tempe-based DT Chandler LLC, Cushman & Wakefield announced that Revint Solutions signed an 18,492-square-foot lease at Overstreet, located at 101 N. Arizona Avenue in Chandler, Ariz.

Scott Boardman and Dave Carder of Cushman & Wakefield’s Agency Leasing team represented the landlord in the acquisition. Tanner Milne of The Menlo Group represented the tenant.

Revint Solutions has leased the entire second floor and will be relocating and expanding from its current location at 2250 E. Germann Road in Chandler. The company plans to occupy the space in July 2019. Office tenants at the property benefit from building signage opportunities, floor to ceiling glass, and a sky bridge.

Located at the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, Overstreet is a newly completed 72,000-square-foot mixed use development. Anchored by Flix Brewhouse, a feature film theater with an in-house microbrewery, the property also features onsite restaurants Over Easy and Screamery, and support retail. Walkable amenities include SanTan Brewing Company, Original Chopshop, DC Steakhouse, Las Palmas Cantina, and Crown Plaza Hotel & Resort.
