Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of SanTan Gateway South, a grocery-anchored center in Chandler, Ariz. The property, located on 6.84 acres on the southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Loop 202 Freeway in Chandler, Ariz., sold for a total of $16,725,000 or $294 per square foot.

The 56,852-square-foot center was 100 percent leased with a mix of internet-resistant tenants, including Starbucks, Patel Brothers, Bright Now! Dental and Orthodontics, Bethel Church and more. John Schweikert, Danny Gardiner and Chad Tiedeman at Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
