Taylor Morrison bought 165.78 acres of land in Glendale for $29,500,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda.

The land is located at northeast corner of 91st Avenue and Camelback Road in Glendale.

Taylor Morrison is planning to use the land for Phases 2 and 3 of Stonehaven, a proposed 628-lot single-family subdivision on 165.78 acres.

The seller was Jacob F. Long.

The brokers were Bret Rinehart, Ryan Semro, and Greg Vogel of Land Advisors.
