CBRE announced the sale of The CORE, a newly built Class A multifamily complex in Scottsdale, Ariz., for $80.4 million.
Tyler Anderson, Sean Cunningham, Asher Gunter and Matt Pesch of CBRE represented the seller, Sunrise Luxury Living, who owned the land since 2015 and completed construction for the CORE in 2018.

Located at 15333 N. Hayden Road, the 282-unit luxury apartment community sits on more than 4.5 acres in the heart of the Scottsdale Airpark submarket with proximity to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and Scottsdale Promenade.
The complex boasts a mix of high-end studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans. All units feature nine-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and gas cooktops. Resident amenities include a rooftop pool, modern fitness center with yoga/spin room, electric vehicle charging stations and a package locker system.
