The growth and vibrancy being fostered by the city and its economic development leadership team are the main reasons we have been targeting the City of Surprise. The addition of Dunkin’s new freestanding drive-thru prototype coupled with Federico’s strong market presence will be a complementary addition to the other service driven concepts along the Grand Avenue corridor,” Hammack said.
