AME Landscape Cos. announced that Carrie Bailes has joined the company as director of business development. Bailes, who brings over 13 years of sales and business development experience and relationships in the commercial real estate industry, will be responsible for client services and strategic client development.
In this role, Bailes will participate in industry associations and committees, continuing her commitment on boards and committees with such groups as NAIOP, BOMA, AZCREW, AACM, Valley Partnership, and others, as well as leading all marketing efforts for the 300-employee company. In addition, she will assist account managers and the executive management team in ensuring the highest standards of service is consistently met.
Michael Garduno Sr. made the announcement saying, “Our client relationships are vital to how we measure our success. We are very fortunate to have such a talented and well-respected individual joining our team to build on those relationships.”
Bailes, a native of Arizona, received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Northern Arizona University and enjoys golfing and traveling.
