CBRE announced that The Craftsman Cocktails and Kitchen, a new American bistro and distillery concept, has signed a 6,375-square-foot lease at Hayden Peak Crossing, a prominent neighborhood retail center at 2469 N. Hayden Road in Scottsdale, Ariz. The restaurant is expected to open on October 12, 2020

The center is adjacent to the new Nationwide’s new regional headquarters.
The retail center is located within minutes of several master-planned residential communities, the Loop 101 Freeway, various high-end resorts and shopping destinations, and countless golf courses, including the TPC, home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
“The Craftsman Cocktails and Kitchen is the perfect addition to the stellar lineup of retailers and restaurants at Hayden Peak Crossing,” said CBRE’s Linthicum. “This new concept will be a great option for nearby residents and tourists seeking a creative casual dining experience in the area.”
