CBRE has been tapped to market the iconic Troon North Golf Club for sale in Scottsdale, Arizona. Designed by golf icons Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, both courses at Troon North have been ranked by Golf Magazine as one of the “Top 100 Golf Courses You Can Play” and considered by many to be a bucket list round. The two championship courses are highlighted by immaculately groomed tees, fairways and Bentgrass greens, and contrasted by breathtaking desert landscape and boulder outcroppings. The golf courses are complemented by a world-class practice facility and stunning clubhouse.
Jeff Woolson, an executive vice president with CBRE who serves as the managing director of its Golf & Resort Group, will lead the sales team, along with Patrick Ojeil and Bryan Moreno, who works out of the firm’s Phoenix office. “Troon North is one of the preeminent golf facilities in the world, and we are pleased to bring this rare opportunity to market,” said Woolson. “The property provides the perfect desert golf experience, and covers some of the most picturesque and dramatic terrain in Arizona.”
