Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors is expanding its brokerage services in the Phoenix area with real estate veterans Chuck Wells and Trask Switzenberg leading the charge.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors has been expanding its services across the country recently, said Lew Cramer, president and CEO of the brokerage services provider.
“Growing a full-service brokerage operation in Phoenix is a natural progression of our national expansion strategy,” Cramer added.
Wells and Switzenberg bring 35 years of combined commercial real estate experience to the expansion efforts in the valley.
The brokerage firm has 29 offices across the country, with 500 commercial real estate professionals working with more than 21 million square feet, an asset value in excess of $3.5 billion.
“Trask and I look forward to strengthening that professional network and further building upon a new and progressive force within the commercial real estate industry,” Wells said.
