“Bringing New Life to Your Community: Reuse and Infill Projects” will be the topic at the Arizona Association for Economic Development’s (AAED) February luncheon. It will be held on Feb. 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at 2901 N. Seventh St. in Phoenix.
Jacque Petroulakis, executive vice president for NexMetro, Rusty Martin, project executive for Graycor, and Brion Crum, vice president of wealth development for Caliber Development will be the speakers.
James Smith, CEcD, Chandler’s economic development innovation manager, will serve as moderator for the panel as the speakers highlight successful redevelopment, adaptive reuse and infill projects. They will also share their insight into innovative development tools as well as projects their companies will be targeting for the future.
