LGE Design Build has recently completed a 67,000 SF tenant improvement and renovation project for Air Transport Components in Gilbert. The renovations included adding 8,000 SF of office space strategically located at the building atrium feature, adding significant airline and power distribution, retrofitting all restrooms, adding a new break room, adding a new roof, all new lighting, all new flooring, all new insulation, and exterior modifications including paint, parking lot re-seal, and landscaping. This building was given a new life, a new tenant, and by using the key features that were already in place this building has been completely re-positioned from a hidden government building left to fill with cobwebs to a thriving production facility.
