Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International. (CPI), Arizona’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage, announced CPI has been selected to represent the City of Apache Junction, Arizona.
Andy Jaffe, senior vice president at CPI and President of CORFAC International along with Rex Griswold of CPI’s Brokerage Team have consistently been active advocates for Apache Junction. When the opportunity to help the City with its long-term goal to enhance and redevelop downtown, Andy & Rex put their best foot forward to provide their market knowledge and will help the City achieve its goals.
Rex commented, “The recent real estate expansion in the East Valley is placing the City of Apache Junction squarely in the path of development. The city wants to support planned and promote growth and partner with developers who want to bring these types of projects to the City Center.” Rex had been leasing and selling properties in Apache Junction for over 5 years and then teamed up with Andy as a team to continue to provide joint efforts over the last three and a half years.
