Pharmacy opening at Hamstra Square in Chandler:

Best Care Pharmacy signed a lease at the northeast corner of McQueen Road and Pecos Road in Chandler. Gordon Heckaman and Carl Jones, Jr. represented the Landlord in the transaction for the 1,204 square-foot space.

Tenant line-up growing at new Artesian Marketplace:

Back Fit Health leased a 3,000 square-foot space at the planned Artesian Marketplace, located at the southwest corner of Gilbert Road and Ocotillo Road in Chandler. Chris Corso and Gordon Heckaman represented the Landlord in the transaction.

Additionally, Taco Bell signed a 61,967 square-foot ground lease at Artesian Marketplace. Chris Corso represented the landlord in the transaction. Chris Corso represented the landlord in the following transactions as well: a 960 square-foot lease to Supercuts; a 1,300 square foot lease to Ken’s Nail & Spa; a 1,200 square-foot lease to Delia’s Cleaners; and a 4,500 square-foot lease to Pet Club, and a 1,200 square-foot lease to Little Caesars Pizza.

Intrenditi Nails & Hair leased a 1,093-square-foot space at the Village at Superstition Springs located just west of Power Road and Baseline Road in Mesa. Gordon Heckaman represented the landlord in the transaction.

Baldridge Commons filling last vacant shop space

Rits Income Tax Services signed a lease for a 1,167 square-foot space at Baldridge Commons, located at the northwest corner of Dysart Road and Van Buren Street in Goodyear. Carl Jones, Jr. and Gordon Heckaman represented the landlord in the transaction.

East Valley Road to Recovery renewing lease at Velda Rose Plaza

East Valley Road to Recovery renewed its lease for a 2,025 square-foot space at Velda Rose Plaza, located at the northeast corner of 56th Street and Main Street in Mesa. Dale Harsh represented the Landlord in the transaction.

L’Mage Salon adding another Valley location

L’Mage Salon Studios is adding a new Valley location after leasing a 3,300 square-foot space at the southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Loop 202 Freeway. Paul Serafin represented the landlord in the transaction.

RPM Warner & Harl, LLC purchased an approximately 1.16-acre pad just east of I-10 Freeway along the south side of Warner Road in Tempe. Michael McWilliams represented the seller in the $950,000 transaction.

Indian Gate signed a lease to open a new location at the southeast corner of Ray Road and Rural Road in Tempe. Justin Rihs represented the Tenant in the 3,500 square-foot transaction.

Ace Hardware signed a lease to relocate an existing in-line store to a new pad building at 4722 E. Broadway Road in Tucson. Marty Olejarczyk represented the Tenant in the 5,612 square-foot transaction.

Above All Insurance opening fifth Valley location

Above All Insurance leased a 1,584-square-foot space at the southwest corner of 27th Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix. Gordon Heckaman and Matt Morrell represented the Tenant in the transaction.

Future Asian restaurant planned at Surprise Village Marketplace

A restaurant group purchased an approximately one acre pad at Surprise Village Marketplace, located at the southeast corner of Loop 303 and Bell Road in Surprise. Chris Corso, Paul Serafin, and Morey Fischel represented the seller in the $735,000 transaction.
