DTZ, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced the $4.25 million sale of Harbor Shores Medical Center I, a multi-tenant medical office building located at 3921 E. Baseline Rd. in Gilbert. The buyer was Jabbel Holdings, LLC (Peter Coury and Mike Gustafson) of Garden Grove, Calif.
Executive Managing Director Eric Wichterman and Senior Vice President Mike Coover of DTZ’s Phoenix office represented the sellers, LNR Property, LLC.
Built in 1993, Harbor Shores Medical Center I is a ±46,286 square foot, two-story building that serves the Southeast Valley. The building is within two miles of Banner Gateway Medical Center and the MD Anderson Cancer Center Campus, just south of the U.S. Highway 60 with direct access at Baseline Road. The project was 65 percent occupied at the time of sale.
DYZ also announced the $1.5 million sale of Fountain Hills Professional Plaza, 13620 N. Saguaro Blvd., in Fountain Hills. Capital Commercial Investments of Austin purchased the 20,194 SF medical and professional office building. The seller was Plaza Companies of Peoria.

Built in 1998, Fountain Hills Professional Plaza is a single-story, multi-tenant office project located in the heart of Fountain Hills, with fully improved general office and medical office space available for lease. The property was 67 percent occupied at the time of sale.
