Howard Hughes and Century Communities announced the opening of the first model homes at Teravalis, the new Howard Hughes community in the Phoenix West Valley. Located in Floreo, the community’s inaugural village, the model homes offer prospective homeowners an early look at the lifestyle and design that will define the Teravalis experience.

“As the first models to open at Teravalis, this major milestone represents the culmination of years of thoughtful planning, collaboration, and ambition,” said Charley Freericks, President of the Arizona Region for Howard Hughes. “It’s an exciting moment for all of us who have been part of bringing this bold vision to life. We’re thrilled to welcome early visitors and future residents to experience the beginning of something truly extraordinary.”
Century Communities is introducing two model homes, which are now open for daily tours at the property located on Sun Valley Parkway in Buckeye. Five floorplans will be available with three- and four-bedroom options and square footage ranging from 1,388 to 2,149 square feet.

Floreo is expected to deliver over 8,000 homes in the coming years and will feature a blend of residential options, parks, trails, and community spaces inspired by the natural beauty of the High Sonoran Desert.
