Gensler’s new Workplace Sector membership
Gensler, the leading global design firm, announced Dawn Hart and Melissa Holm as the new leadership team for the firm’s local Workplace Sector. Collectively, they have worked on over 10 million square feet of corporate interior projects for both public and private clients.
Dawn Hart, NCARB, LEED-AP BD+C – Associate, Workplace Sector Leader
A registered architect, Dawn Hart was recently recognized by Gensler with appointment to Associate, and will lead the team with a focus on project management and technical proficiency. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the Phoenix market to her new role as Workplace Sector Leader.

Melissa Holm, IIDA, LEED-AP ID+C – Senior Associate, Design Director
With over 15 years of experience, Melissa Holm joined Gensler in 2003, and has served as Interiors Design Director for the last three years. She is critical to the success of the Workplace Sector through her leadership in design strategy and planning, to help clients achieve their business goals.
