Gilbert land will be developed into senior living facility

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Kaplan Cheng Investment Group, LLC purchased ±3.81 acres at Lindsay and Williams Field Roads in Gilbert, Ariz. for $1.3 million.

The developer plans to develop a ±79,869 square-foot two-story senior living facility with 92 beds, including 36 memory care units.

Cushman & Wakefield Vice Presidents Will French and Brian Rosella represented the buyer, Kaplan Cheng Investment Group, LLC of California and Colorado.
