Talking Rock, a private, master-planned residential golf community in Prescott, is releasing additional homesites in Cooper Hawk Ridge, its newest neighborhood featuring half-acre to two-acre homesites. This new collection of lots is the first in two years at Talking Rock to offer coveted views of the community’s championship golf course from select homesites.
These 23 new homesites at Cooper Hawk Ridge, which start at $170,000, are nestled in a landscape that is flush with juniper and pinon pine trees and range in size from two-thirds of an acre to two acres. The 15th and 16th holes on the Jay Morrish-designed championship golf course run adjacent to the west and south perimeters of the Cooper Hawk Ridge neighborhood, where eight of the newest lots have become available. The northern boundary of the community opens to the high country landscape, while all of the homesites have views of the Granite Mountains and the Williamson Valley.
“Cooper Hawk Ridge is an interesting neighborhood because of its elevation and landscape, and the design freedom it affords its owners as they explore a fresh take on ranch artchitecture,” said Jim Jones, director of sales at Talking Rock. “Since its debut earlier this year, we’ve seen quite a bit of interest, and we expect that to continue with the release of these premium, spacious homesites.”
In order to create a truly unique neighborhood featuring uncommon ranch architecture, Cooper Hawk Ridge owners are encouraged to explore contemporary design elements that incorporate steel, glass and natural wood materials. A limited number of homesites within Cooper Hawk Ridge allow for RV garages, guest casitas and studios. Adding to the neighborhood’s appeal, Cooper Hawk Ridge is perched at a higher elevation than other areas within Talking Rock, affording a different perspective of the lush landscape.
Beyond golf at the award-winning Jay Morrish-designed club, residents at Talking Rock enjoy access to a community dog park, a fishing deck over a bass- and bluegill-stocked pond, a community garden, an on-site coffee shop and a full-service bar, grill and restaurant. Talking Rock residents also have the opportunity to indulge at the pool and boutique spa, exercise at the state-of-the-art fitness center and explore on site hiking and biking trails.
