With demand for premier, modern industrial space continuing to rise, the Southwest division of Graycor Construction Company has completed 710,000 square feet of shell and tenant improvement space for Prologis Inc., a global leader in logistics real estate. The new space, located within Prologis Riverside Distribution Center and Prologis Park Riverside, paves the way for three major tenants to relocate or expand within Southwest Phoenix’s Buckeye Road corridor.
“Each of these build-outs incorporate the kind of modern amenities that logistics users need to operate at their most efficient, particularly as they face the increasingly tight production and distribution timeframes that have become common in today’s supply chain landscape,” said Todd Ostransky, Graycor Construction Company General Manager – Southwest Division. “We are proud to be associated with Prologis and very pleased to help bring these strategic developments to fruition.”
At Prologis Riverside Distribution Center, Grayor has completed two tenant improvements: a 115,000-square-foot build-out for bathroom refurbishment company Home Brand, who is expanding and relocating within metro Phoenix, and a 115,000-square-foot build-out for leading U.S. video game accessory company Performance Designed Products (PDP), who relocated from California to Arizona. Together, the tenants occupy the entire 230,000-square-foot Prologis Riverside Building II.
Graycor also completed shell construction on the 480,000-square-foot Building III at Prologis Park Riverside, a major industrial distribution center located at 55th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix, followed by a 15-week, $15 million tenant improvement for one of the world’s leading national e-commerce tenants. Building III sits adjacent to Prologis Park Riverside Building II, also built by Graycor and now fully occupied by StitchFix, and Prologis Park Riverside Building I, which is fully occupied by Marshalls.
