Blossom Rock is located just two miles east of Eastmark, which has been the #1 master-planned community in Arizona over the past decade. With home sales coming to a close at Eastmark, Blossom Rock is the next great master-planned community to be developed by Brookfield Residential.

Brookfield Residential, which is the community master developer as well as a homebuilder will offer 137 lots, featuring 53 generous 60-ft wide lots and 84 comfortable 50-ft wide lots. 

David Weekley Homes will feature 52 expansive 70-ft wide lots and Pulte Homes will offer 140 lots featuring 45 generous 60-ft wide lots and 95 comfortable 50-ft wide lots.
