nVent will operate a regional office and manufacturing facility in the space for its nVent ERICO solutions. The company plans to take occupancy in October 2023. The nVent ERICO brand is part of the nVent Electrical and Fastening Solutions business segment, which provides safe, resilient and cost-efficient power and data infrastructure systems for a variety of applications including power utilities, data centers, smart buildings, e-mobility and energy storage.

“nVent sought a variety of features for its facility, including power needs, location, and public transportation accessibility,” says Keri Scott, vice president with Colliers in Arizona. “Few options in the market could satisfy these requirements within the timing that worked for nVent. ViaWest was able to help accommodate the tenant and worked to make it happen.”

Scott represented the company in the lease negotiations. Rob Martensen, Sam Jones and Phil Breidenbach, with Colliers in Arizona, represented the landlord, ViaWest Group.

“We are excited to welcome nVent as our newest tenant to Sight Logistics Park. nVent’s decision to lease with us helps show our commitment to build facilities that cater to a wide range of tenants and have the ability to handle diverse requirements,” stated Todd Weiss, chief operating officer of ViaWest Group.

nVent plans to take occupancy of its new suite at Sight Logistics this fall. Sight Logistics Park is a two-building industrial project located at 6840 (155,717 SF) and 6860 (201,187 SF) S. Harl Ave., in Tempe. The newly constructed park encompasses 356,904 SF and is situated with frontage on Interstate 10. The project offers Class A industrial warehouse space with 32-foot clear height. Drive-in and dock-high doors are included in the design, as well as abundant power and parking. The masterplanned project also offers tenants an outdoor amenity area. nVent is the first tenant at Sight Logistics, providing ample opportunities to accommodate other potential tenants looking at local relocations, as well as out-of-state occupiers looking to move their operations to Phoenix.
